Management Body
The factory is managed by the Factory Director, Production Manager, QC Manager, and other support staff. The Factory Director oversees overall operations and reports to the Managing Director of Muaz Knit Fashion. The Chairman and other directors support workforce training, development, and company policy-making to improve employee performance and organizational efficiency.
